General repairs are billed at $75/hour with a 1-hour minimum. For common installations like faucets, toilets, and ceiling fans, we offer flat-rate pricing so you know the exact cost upfront. This gives you predictable pricing for standard jobs.

For general repairs, we have a 1-hour minimum at $75. This covers our time to assess the problem, complete the repair, and clean up. Many small tasks like fixing a leaky faucet or hanging pictures can be completed within this hour.

We charge materials at cost - no markup. All material purchases are discussed and approved with you before we buy anything. You can also purchase materials yourself if you prefer. We'll provide a detailed list of what's needed.

We bill in 15-minute increments for fairness. You only pay for the actual time worked, rounded to the nearest quarter hour. There's no minimum additional charge beyond the initial service call.
